3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one c888 Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. c888 may close all duplicate accounts and withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Geographic Restrictions. c888 reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions. Players are responsible for confirming that the Platform is accessible and lawful in their location.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c888 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your c888 Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified c888 in writing of any unauthorised access.
4.3 c888 will never contact you by email, phone, or any other medium to request your account password. Any such communication is fraudulent and should be reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.4 You must notify c888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. c888 reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
5.1 Currency. c888 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.5 Refunds. Once a deposit has been credited to your c888 Account and wagered, it is not eligible for refund. Unspent Real Money Balance may be withdrawn subject to these Terms and any applicable verification requirements.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. c888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts as published in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any deduction.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by c888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Funds, or winnings derived from Bonus Funds, may be withdrawn as real money. 6.3 c888 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, c888 will endeavour to honour commitments made to Players who have already opted in, subject to abuse considerations.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, placing bets that systematically exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotions – will have all associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.
7.1 All bets placed on the c888 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the c888 Sports Betting Rules document, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Bets are only valid once accepted and confirmed by c888's systems. A confirmation reference number will be issued for each accepted bet. c888 reserves the right to void bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to human error or software malfunction.
7.3 c888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market or event at its absolute discretion, including for individual Players.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
12.3 c888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude c888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
13.1 c888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where c888 reasonably suspects or determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon permanent Account closure initiated by c888 for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account after satisfaction of outstanding obligations may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law and these Terms. Bonus Funds shall in all cases be forfeited upon Account closure for cause.
13.3 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting c888 support at [email protected]. Pending any outstanding verification requirements, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
c888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
